As an industrial integrator, we manage the Supply Chain, including purchasing, for MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operation) and BOM (Bill of Material) products on behalf of our customers. With more than 200 employees across 11 countries, we continue to grow internationally. To strengthen our Sourcing team, we are looking for a Sourcing Specialist (Quotation Desk).

Position

As a Sourcing Specialist (Quotation Desk), you are responsible for handling daily quotation requests and securing the best sourcing solutions for our customers. You play a key role in connecting our Front Office, suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring quotations are processed quickly, accurately and under the best commercial conditions.

You are the first point of contact for supplier-related quotation requests and work closely with colleagues from Front Office, Back Office and Sourcing. You actively follow up supplier quotations, collect product and delivery information, identify alternatives and ensure our customers receive competitive offers within the required lead time.

Besides your operational sourcing activities, you maintain supplier and product data in our ERP systems (HUGO and BAAN), create new suppliers and items where required and contribute to the continuous improvement of our quotation desk processes.

In this role, you work in a dynamic technical environment with a wide variety of products, suppliers and one-off customer requests. This makes every day different and provides plenty of opportunities to use your analytical skills and commercial insight.

Conditions

We are looking for an analytical and proactive sourcing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment. You recognize yourself in the following profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.

• Experience with purchasing, sourcing or procurement processes.

• Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills with an eye for detail.

• Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.

• Customer-oriented, result-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Affinity with a technical or industrial environment is considered an advantage.
