Do you enjoy working with structured processes, business documentation, and cross-functional coordination in an international environment?
As a Quotation and Sales Process Expert, you support global acquisition activities and series business management by ensuring structured documentation, transparent business case preparation, consistent risk tracking and ensure operational consistency through the project and customer lifecycle across Sales and project stakeholders.
This role focuses on enabling smooth acquisition processes and maintaining clarity in business cases KPIs and risk documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition Phase Support
You will coordinate internal preparation for acquisitions (kick‑off meetings, documentation, internal approvals).
You will provide support in maintaining acquisition timelines, customer relationship manager milestones and support business case inputs (costs, efforts, risks).
You will support the preparation and consolidation of Sales Business Frames for internal acquisition evaluations.
You will organize lessons learned and facilitate project handover to Commercial and Customer Project Management
Series Business Support
You will support engineering change requests preparations, including change offers, business case simulations and milestone documentation.
You will coordinate product lifecycle management and offer support like end of series management, part numbers cancellation and preparation of ban letters.
You will facilitate structured information exchange between engineering, logistics, purchasing, quality, and customer-facing teams.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
You will support KPI tracking, dashboard updates, and reporting preparation.
You will contribute to process improvements opportunities and digitalization/ tool optimization initiatives.
You will ensure high‑quality and consistent documentation
Education
Business Administration, Finance/ Economics, or comparable field.
Experience
5 + years of experience in Sales/Finance/Controlling, Data Analysis, or similar business in commercial areas.
Working experience in international, cross-functional environments is preferred.
Knowledge Understanding of business case documentation, compliance and structured acquisition processes, high level of understanding of financial and commercial KPIs.

English proficient user.
