Job Description

• Prepare financial reports and account reconciliation reports according to company policies on a periodic basis.
• Ensure maintenance of the general and subsidiary ledgers.
• Prepare tax documents for timely filing of company tax.
• Prepare and adjust finance journal entries as required.
• Assist in managing account payable and receivable activities.
• Reconcile monthly general ledger balance, invoices, and credit card statements.
• Maintain all financial records and files as per the company policies.
• Manage all bill payments and customer invoicing as per the deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Financial Management or any related course
• With QuickBooks online certification. Quickbooks ProAdvisor Certification is a plus
• Must have at least 1-3years work experience in US client bookkeeping
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Proficiency in MS Office and Quickbooks, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs, is a plus
