QuickBooks Accountant – Property Industry

We are looking for a detail-driven QuickBooks Accountant to join a fast-paced property-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, managing multiple property accounts, and keeping financial records clean, accurate, and fully up to date.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions across property portfolios, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and supporting smooth financial operations using QuickBooks as the core accounting system.

The role involves working closely with internal teams and property stakeholders to maintain financial accuracy, track income and expenses, and ensure timely reporting across multiple entities or properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  Maintain complete and accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks
• 
  Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• 
  Reconcile bank accounts, tenant accounts, and general ledger entries
• 
  Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules
• 
  Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and cash flow monitoring
• 
  Ensure accurate allocation of income and expenses across properties
• 
  Support audit preparation and compliance requirements
• 
  Maintain financial data integrity across multiple property accounts

Requirements:

• 
  Proven experience working as an Accountant or Bookkeeper
• 
  Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks (non-negotiable)
• 
  Experience in the property, real estate, or facilities management industry preferred
• 
  Solid understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
• 
  High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• 
  Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
• 
  Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
