Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of production and assembly tasks to support daily manufacturing operations.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently following company procedures.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Load and unload materials as needed throughout the production process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to supervisors promptly.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic with a dependable attendance record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening as required.
