As a career changer to a Sales Representative (m/f/d), you are primarily responsible for managing and strategically developing our existing customer portfolio, as well as acquiring new clients. You work with customers and prospects to create a shared vision for the digitalization of care processes using myneva’s software solutions. The high demand for digital solutions in the care sector, our performance marketing, highly skilled consulting team, and groundbreaking product innovations form the foundation for your success. With strong relationships, efficiency, and negotiation skills, you secure contracts and drive our continued growth.
What you do
Management, development, and retention of existing customers
Identification, evaluation, and realization of cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Acquisition of new customers based on leads generated by our high-end marketing and tele sales team
Independent presentation of our innovative software solutions at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
Preparation of proposals in collaboration with the pre-sales team and negotiation through to contract closure
Use and maintenance of the CRM system to record and analyze customer data and sales processes
