Aufgaben

  • Du lernst wie man Diagnosen bei Wearables wie AirPods, Smartwatches & Co. durchführt
  • Du behebst Fehler anhand Deiner Diagnoseergebnisse und tauschst defekte Geräte bei Bedarf aus
  • Du dokumentierst Deine Diagnose -und Reparaturarbeiten sorgfältig und erstellst bei Bedarf Kostenvoranschläge
  • Du achtest auf die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Sicherheitsbestimmungen
  • Du setzt Marktware wie Smartphones, Tablets oder Smartwatches datenschutzkonform zurück

Profil

  • Als Quereinsteiger bringst Du eine Affinität für technische Geräte mit
  • Du besitzt ein gutes technisches Verständnis und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Hohe Sorgfalt und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus
  • Ein routiniertes Handling in den MS Office Programmen ist für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Du findest dich in neuen Systemlandschaften schnell und problemlos zurecht
  • Deine mündlichen und schriftlichen Deutschkenntnisse entsprechen mindestens B2-Niveau
