Operate, Maintain and Improve
We are currently recruiting for an experienced operations candidate to fill the role of Quarry Supervisor The role will be based at our Lysterfield Quarry, located approximately 45 minutes southeast of Melbourne CBD, VIC.
Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising quarry operations with a strong focus on production performance, operational efficiency, and team leadership
In your new role, you will be:
Supervising day-to-day quarry production operations and making decisions that directly impact output, efficiency, and business performance
Coordinating daily production activities to ensure targets are met safely and efficiently
Leading, coaching, and managing employees to achieve production goals and continuous improvement
Bringing a strong safety mindset to manage high-risk activities and minimize risk exposure for yourself and others
Overseeing the effective utilization of mobile equipment to support production outcomes
This role is a great fit for you if you:
Have experience coaching and developing teams with a strong focus on production performance and improvement
Hold industry-related Diplomas or Certificates (advantageous)
Can operate heavy machinery such as front-end loaders, dump trucks, excavators, dozers, graders, telehandlers, and EWPs
Are results-focused, self-motivated, and committed to risk management and Zero Harm
Have a passion for delivering reliable production outcomes and excellent customer service
Are a team player who can multi-task and make quick, effective decisions under pressure
Build strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Are a natural problem solver who enjoys planning and optimizing operations

Competitive salary, plus fully maintained company vehicle, plus super
Start time between 5am – 7am, working on average approximately 10-hour shifts
Monday to Friday, with some half-day Saturday shifts as required
