Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Quarry Supervisor to support our mining operations in Fort Dodge, Iowa. This position will provide hands-on leadership to the quarry production team while promoting a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.
The Quarry Supervisor will help coordinate daily mining activities, develop employee capabilities, and ensure operations comply with Georgia-Pacific and Mine Safety and Health Administration standards. The ideal candidate is a committed leader who can coach employees, solve problems, and create an environment where team members take ownership of their work.
