We’re looking for a hands-on Quarry Maintenance Foreman to lead and work alongside a skilled crew maintaining and repairing heavy diesel mobile and fixed plant. Based at our quarry (approx. 15 minutes from Dalby), this is a true working Foreman role where you’ll still be in the tools—leading by example.
On a 10/4 roster (day-shift only), you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of crushers, screening plants, conveyors, loaders, excavators, rear dump trucks and a range of other heavy mobile plant. From preventative servicing through to major component rebuilds, diagnostics and breakdown response, no two days are the same.
This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role within a well-established quarry operation, with long-term stability.
We offer competitive pay, a work vehicle, and accommodation if required, plus future DIDO/FIFO field work opportunities across a variety of civil construction projects throughout Australia. RSA is an approved sponsor for the Temporary Skill Shortage (subclass 482) visa.
