Job Description

1.Manage material requisitions and monthly purchase requests for mining operations.

2.Handle documentation and coordinate with government agencies on royalties, explosives, licenses, concessions, inspections, and compliance.

3.Prepare and submit monthly, biannual, and annual reports (explosives, mining, environment, CSR, low-quality minerals, fund disbursements).

4.Record production data, stone movements, and equipment rentals for Khao Ngob and Khao Khao mines.

5.Oversee HR-related tasks: leave requests, overtime, reimbursements, contractor approvals, and truck trip ticket verification.

6.Coordinate CSR training, government training programs, and prepare related reports.

7.Manage contracts and renewals for land use, mining concessions, and rehabilitation funds.
