Job Description

1. Measuring of Quantity taking from drawings.
2. Sourcing for quotations for sub-contracts.
3. Drafting/Preparing sub-contracts letter of awards letters, sub-contracts agreement.
4. Submission of main contract VO & claims etc.
5. Preparation for making claims, and sub-contract accounts administration.
6. Interviews of subcontractors and preparation of subcontractors’ claims.

Requirements

7. At least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
8. At least 5 years of related working experience. Those with more than 10 years of QS experience will be considered for Senior QS position.
9. Civil Engineering/Construction knowledge is preferred.
