Position: Quantity Surveyor Technical Services
Location: Mesaieed Industrial City (MIC)
Duration: 4 Months (Extendable)
Start Date: 2 Positions Immediate | Remaining 4 Positions By 30th October
FAT: Negotiable
We are seeking highly experienced Quantity Surveyors Technical Services to join our team for an ongoing project at Mesaieed Industrial City (MIC). The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Turnaround (TA) and Shutdown (SD) projects, with strong technical and planning expertise.
Prepare and review quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and progress measurements.
Support technical and planning teams during TA/SD project execution.
Monitor project budgets, cost control, and progress reporting.
Coordinate with engineering, planning, and procurement departments for project deliverables.
Validate and certify subcontractor and vendor invoices.
Manage variations, claims, and final account settlement.
Generate and maintain documentation in SAP (PM Module).
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.
Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Oil & Gas industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Turnaround (TA) and Shutdown (SD) projects.
Hands-on experience with MS Project or Primavera (P6).
Strong proficiency in SAP, particularly Project Management (PM) Module.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Candidates must be available to join immediately for the first two positions.
Remaining candidates should be available by 30th October.
Contract duration is 4 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
