Responsibilities Prepare tender cost estimates and tender documentation Conduct site measurement when required Take-off quantities Manage procurement process and cost control Assist to prepare variation order claims and progress claims Assist to finalise project accounts
Requirements Diploma/Degree holder in Quantity Survey, Contracts Management or related field Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience Prior experience in Interior Design/Renovation industries is advantageous Independent team player Good interpersonal and communication skills
