Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • To Assist Senior Manager –Commercial / Director in order to execute a procurement process in accordance with the Head of Department’s directive and ensure that the project procurement schedule is achieved without delay, undertaking the following activities:
  • Follow up with technical / Projects team to upload documents in PRO-Tender.
  • Follow up with contractors for timely tender submission.
  • Coordinate with technical for tender clarifications / addendum etc.
  • Tender opening and presentation of tender opening summary for senior management review.
  • Conducting detailed tender analysis and summarizing the observations.
  • Preparation of points for discussion and negotiation and review of the same with team head.
  • Updating comparisons based on revised offer submissions.
  • Preparation of RFA draft upon receipt of revised offers and uploading the same in e-connect upon signature by SVP- Commercial.
  • Preparation of LON / WO draft upon RFA approval for review
