Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical)

Location: Toronto, ON

Compensation $80000 - $130000+ Bonus + Benefits Package + RRSP matching

Remote or in office

Our client is a highly reputable leading Quantity Surveyor firm in Canada with decades of experience working on a full range of commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects They are currently looking for a highly experienced Mechanical Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant /Senior Estimator to join their busy team.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience Quantity Surveying, with a PQS or CEC, or working towards either of these certification
• Graduate of Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) or Mechanical Engineering degree, PEng or CET.
• (Those with 7+ years as a Mechanical Construction Estimator are welcome to apply)
• Experience with Life Cycle costing is an asset
• A background that includes working with Revit or Navisworks is ideal
