Job Description :

• Develop and evaluate cost estimates, assess risks and contract issues to arrive at final cost
• Plan and advise management on contractual matters, progress payments, variation claims with subcontractor and client till end of contract
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quality requirements
• Ability to identify, understand and taking off for Aluminium and Curtain Wall

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and related parties
