Position: Quantity Surveyor - Dubai Municipality Approved

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor who is Dubai Municipality Approved to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in house connections, pumping stations, and Dubai Municipality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and budget
- Review and evaluate contractor's payment applications and variations
- Negotiate and settle final accounts with contractors
- Provide cost advice and value engineering solutions to clients
- Prepare and maintain project cost reports and budgets
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in construction costs
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Dubai Municipality Approval is a must
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Dubai Municipality projects
- Extensive knowledge of house connections, pumping stations, and other infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
