Roles & Responsibilities:
Check and review timesheets keyed in by the data entry clerks for billing purposes
Prepare monthly progressive claims for submission to clients
Ensure accuracy of the claims
Negotiate / discussion of claims issues/discrepancies etc.
Issue invoice once payment certificate is issue by the clients
Follow up payments and ensure that payments are received on time
Must have experience in construction and submission of claims
