𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
As a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on civils, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our construction projects. Your role will involve cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and ensuring that our projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses
- Preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts
- ️ Managing the financial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
- Preparing and reviewing detailed progress and cost reports
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
- ️ Identifying, analyzing, and developing responses to commercial risks
- Managing project cash flows and financial reporting
- Advising on procurement strategy and contract selection
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- ️ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong civil engineering focus
- ️ Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Proficiency in cost management software and tools
- ️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is desirable

* Source candidates locally and Globally for all positions
* Assist with Home Office complexities offering step by step process from Door-to-Door employment
* Provide full Vetting, Interviews, Health questionnaires, Contracts, offer letters, and reference requests to take the pressure away and let you focus on the main element of running your business and supplying permanent staff to ensure continuity of employment and a happier workforce.
* We also offer Business planning tools.
We will manage the candidate onboarding until arrival in the UK and will arrange NMC App Fee, CTB, Medical EXAMINATION, TB Test, Travel insurance, and Training.
