s: Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings & structural drawings, material, steel moulds required and labour involved Prepare bil of quantities with cost plans to Sales Manager or Engineer to quote customer Control all predetermined budget and expenditure for all projects Provide advice to Sales Manager or Engineer and MD on commercial and contractual matter including reviewing and drafting of correspondence Keep track of project progress and responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the contract Produce accurate monthly reports to MD on the progress of all projects Attend meeting with clients Ensure that the requirements of the clients are delivered
Job Requirements: Multi tasking, self-motivated and team player Able communicate across all levels Min 5 years quantity surveying experience in building and civil engineering projects Able work well within a team Ability to use Construction Costing Software Demonstrate experience in construction contracts Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
