Quantity Surveyor
Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring that construction projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Working closely with Project Leaders and site teams, the Quantity Surveyor will support the financial and contractual aspects of projects from initiation through to completion.
• Conduct cost analysis and monitor project budgets to achieve financial objectives
• Prepare interim valuations, claims, certifications, and monthly Work in Progress (WIP) reports
• Perform site measurements and maintain accurate records of materials and project costs
• Manage variation claims, subcontractor payments, and contract-related documentation
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, construction cost control, or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, construction costing, and bills of quantities
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
