Our client is a leading project management firm based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cost Management:
   • Conduct thorough cost estimates for construction and infrastructure projects.
   • Monitor and manage project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Quantity Takeoff and Measurement:
   • Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and measurements for project materials and resources.
   • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate project specifications.
3. Contract Administration:
   • Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
   • Evaluate and negotiate variations and change orders.
4. Risk Management:
   • Identify and assess project risks related to cost and budget.
   • Develop strategies for risk mitigation and cost control.
5. Cost Reporting:
   • Generate regular cost reports for project stakeholders.
   • Provide financial updates and forecasts to project management teams.
6. Value Engineering:
   • Collaborate with project teams to identify value engineering opportunities.
   • Optimize project costs without compromising quality.
7. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
   • Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional accreditation or membership with a recognized Quantity Surveying institution.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs
