Job Requirements:
Min. a Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Min. at least 2 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in a precast/ PPVC/ PBU industry.
Proficient in using AutoCAD.
Able to handle surveying work independently.
s:
Analyse project & material specifications / requirements and costs
Take off quantities, prepare quotations and estimate cost
Compilation of cost comparisons and recommendations.
Preparation of contract documents, progress claims, verification and recommendations of sub-contractor/supplier claims
Attend meetings with clients and ensure that engineering specifications, quantities in tender, construction and shop drawings are accurately reflected in cost computations
Miscellaneous tasks required as part of the ISO Quality Management System
Ensure timely completion of assigned tenders, quotation comparisons, contract documents
