Responsibilities
Preparation of tender quotations including taking-off, materials / subcontractors/ suppliers sourcing and costing.
Prepare and compile tender document for submission.
Carry out all aspects of works related to quantity surveying which includes sub-contract procurement.
Review M&E drawings, specification and doc.
Capturing of variation orders for projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Quantity Surveying
Min 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience (preferably with M&E knowledge & experience)
Meticulous, Independent with good communication skills
Positive working attitude and a team player
