Responsibilities
Contract administration of :
Valuation and progress claims to clients;
Verification of subcontractors claims and suppliers invoices; and
Variations :
- Identification of variations and notifying clients
- Liaison with site supervisors for claims identification
- Keeping and updating claims records
- Measurement and variation claims to clients
- Submission of variation claims to clients
- Negotiation and settlement of claims.
Measurement of quantities;
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building
Min. 2-3 years relevant experience with contractor
