Location: Bukit Batok

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender documents,
  cost planning and budget estimation
• Coordinate with
  contractors, suppliers and related parties
• Responsible for valuation
  of progress claims and variation orders
• Carry out other contracts
  administration tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity
  Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years civil
  engineering construction experience
• Preferably with consultancy
  and contracting experience
• Good knowledge in Singapore
  contract laws
• Able to work both
  independently and as a team member
