Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee quantity surveying activities for assigned projects.Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and verify site measurements.Assess project variations and prepare supporting documentation.Prepare client payment applications and review subcontractor payment certificates.Maintain accurate records of quantities, variations, and commercial documentation.Monitor project progress and report commercial issues to management.Support the resolution of quantity-related disputes and claims.Mentor and develop junior Quantity Surveying Engineers.Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Qualifications - ExternalBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.7-10 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Project Controls.Proven experience in handling variations, claims, quantity take-offs, measurements, and payment processes.Strong understanding of construction contracts, BOQs, and commercial project management.Professional certification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management is an advantage.Good command of English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
