Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Review invoices and prepare timesheet claims to customers.

• Calculate and prepare Variation Order (VO) claims for customers.

• Verify VO and timesheets claims submitted by subcontractors.

• Perform and manage quantity remeasurement activities, such as for steel, piping, and electrical works.

• Attend onsite visits with clients to verify and validate quantity measurements.

• Manage multiple tasks effectively, priorities workload appropriately, engagement with Customer/subcontractor and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering; candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

• Preferably with experience in marine and offshore projects.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, or Ship Repair Billing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to prepare accurate worksheets with minimal errors.

• If necessary, employees be ready to work outside working hours (overtime) to accomplish work completion.

Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5.15pm
