As an Entry-Level Quantitative Researcher, you will play a key role in conducting original research in quantitative portfolio management, focusing on predictive modeling and state-of-the-art strategy monetization. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conduct rigorous quantitative research across all stages: idea generation, data analysis, hypothesis testing, and implementation
• Collaborate with researchers to develop and refine predictive models and portfolio construction methods
• Analyze and digest the latest academic research to inform strategy development
• Build analytical tools that enhance the shared research framework

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• A PhD or a minimum of 2 years professional experience in a quantitative discipline such as econometrics, mathematics, statistics, physics, or computer science
• Proficiency in Python (or comparable programming language) and working knowledge of SQL
• Strong data science skills, including feature engineering; experience with machine learning is a plus
• A highly motivated, curious, and critical mindset with a willingness to take full ownership of your projects
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• No prior financial industry experience required
