
Marathon Asset Management is a global credit investment manager with $23 billion in assets under management. The Commercial Real Estate Team focuses on public and private credit investing across the capital structure. We are seeking a Quantitative Analyst to join our New York team. This role combines quantitative analysis expertise with software development skills to build and implement a cloud-based portfolio management platform handling large datasets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our data-driven investment approach through technological innovation and analytical excellence.
The salary range for this role is $125,000-$150,000 in base pay (exclusive of bonus or benefits above and beyond the base pay). Base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, location, skills, training, certifications, and education, and in addition we will also consider internal equity and market data. We do not anticipate that candidates hired will begin at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case by case basis.
