We're Hiring: Quantitative Analyst Consultant

Global Markets Portfolio

Contract: Until 31 December 2026

We are seeking highly skilled Quantitative Analyst Consultants to join our Global Markets Portfolio This role is ideal for professionals with strong quantitative modelling, trading systems, and derivatives experience who thrive in fast-paced financial markets environments.

You will play a key role in ensuring trading strategies, analytics, and integration solutions align with broader business objectives and market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and document existing non-linear trading functionality and its business usage
  • Analyse the financial costs of risk and uncertainty
  • Lead future trading integration solution design through existing APIs and backend integrations
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Support inflight trading and quantitative analytics initiatives
  • Provide expert support and training to internal teams and platform users
  • Conduct product reviews and recommend improvements aligned to market trends and business needs

Qualifications

One or more of the following:

  • BSc Mathematical Sciences (Computational Science)
  • BSc Financial Engineering
  • BSc Actuarial Science & Financial Mathematics
  • BEng Engineering
  • CQF – Certificate in Quantitative Finance
  • CFA – Chartered Financial Analyst
  • FRM – Financial Risk Manager

Required Experience & Skills

Quantitative & Trading Experience

  • Cross Asset Trading & Risk (CATR) – Quantitative Analysis
  • Derivatives Trading (Volatility)
  • X Valuations & Analytics

Trading Platforms

Strong experience with:

  • Front Arena
  • Murex
  • Calypso

Technical Skills

  • Python
  • C++
  • C#
  • SQL
  • VBA
  • R
  • Matlab
  • Java

Key Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Deep understanding of financial modelling and trading systems
