As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior at JPMorgan Chase within the Customer Experience Analytics team, you will lead analytics initiatives that improve customer experience and reduce operating expense across operations product groups. You will work end-to-end across the analytics lifecycle, from problem framing and data lineage documentation through analysis, insight generation, and executive-ready storytelling. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across operations, product, finance, marketing, and technology to deliver measurable outcomes.


Job responsibilities

  • Partner with operations stakeholders and operations product groups, building strong understanding of business drivers, data, and end-to-end processes
  • Provide analytics leadership to support product strategy and decision-making across operations
  • Develop, monitor, and report performance metrics and key performance indicators to measure outcomes and identify opportunities
  • Apply quantitative methods such as trend analysis, segmentation, forecasting, and optimization to improve business performance
  • Analyze customer interactions across channels (phone, branch, online, mobile) to understand journeys, friction points, and drivers of outcomes
  • Build business cases, design tests, define pilot populations, evaluate results, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Prepare and deliver clear, insight-driven presentations for executive and senior leadership audiences
  • Create automated dashboards and self-service reporting using tools such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics
  • Use Agile ways of working to deliver iterative, high-impact analytics and product insights on tight timelines
  • Mentor and coach teammates, support talent development, and contribute to onboarding and team performance improvement

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or related field
  • 9 years of related experience in analytics, strategy, or quantitative problem solving
  • Experience using standard analytics tools and technologies, including at least four of: SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau, Alteryx, R
  • Working knowledge of data mining, statistics, forecasting, predictive modeling, and machine learning concepts
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build analytical frameworks, and manage business and technical risks
  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to present insights and influence decisions with clear narratives
  • Ability to deliver high-quality analytics under strict timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of data ecosystems, databases, and information technology processes, with ability to partner directly with data owners and custodians
  • Sound judgment and a demonstrated ability to identify, escalate, and help mitigate risk and control issues

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Hands-on experience writing code and automating processes to source, transform, and analyze data from multiple structured and unstructured sources
  • Experience building automated performance reporting, dashboards, and self-service tools for stakeholders
  • Experience with customer journey or cross-channel analytics and translating insights into product or process improvements
