What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the functional testing process for MV products and automated test equipment, including testing of new products and repaired units to ensure performance and quality standards are met.
• Update, modify, and maintain test hardware and software, supporting reliable and efficient production testing environments.
• Analyze defects, scrap, and product failures, perform root cause analysis, and use data-driven insights to improve product quality and manufacturing performance.
• Create and maintain quality records, process documentation, and customer shipment documentation while supporting compliance with relevant quality standards.
• Partner with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams by participating in design reviews, evaluating nonconforming materials, and providing technical support to resolve quality and test challenges.

   The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000-$90,000 + bonus + benefits Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
