Job Description

Company Background

A semiconductor materials provider relocated from Taiwan, headquartered in Singapore, specializing in high-quality packaging materials, including solder spheres and solder paste, supporting advanced chip packaging and global semiconductor assembly operations. 


  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) sampling, testing, and visual inspections in accordance with established quality standards and procedures.
  • Carry out Factory Quality Control (FQC) checks, including weighing and inspection of incoming goods to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Execute heat-sealing procedures and related quality checks to ensure proper sealing and product integrity.
  • Record inspection results accurately and report non-conformities or quality issues to the Supervisor.
  • Follow work instructions, quality guidelines, and safety procedures at all times.
  • Perform additional quality-related tasks and duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance–related roles.
  • Experience with laboratory work or analytical instrument operation is preferred.
  • PPEs uniform wearing is required in this role.
  • Able to work shift/overtime.
