  • Participating in supplier audits and evaluating supplier corrective actions where required.
  • Working collaboratively with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Global Logistics and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of inspection methods, quality processes and inspection strategies, including initiatives such as Skip-Lot inspection.

About You:

You are a detail-oriented quality professional who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and is committed to maintaining high standards. You have a structured approach to problem-solving, are confident making quality-related decisions, and work effectively with colleagues across multiple functions.

You will also have:

  • Completed technical vocational training, such as Mechanical Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with incoming inspection, First Article Inspection (FAI) and Non-Conformance Report (NCR) processes.
  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
  • Experience using inspection and measuring equipment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • Good written and spoken German; English language skills are advantageous.
  • Strong quality awareness and attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Flexible working hours and a collaborative company culture.
  • Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP).
  • JobRad bicycle leasing programme.
  • Free on-site parking with excellent transport links.
  • Complimentary coffee, fruit and water.
