What awaits you: Responsible for all measurement tasks to assure product quality during the development phase and serial productionResponsible to stop processes and escalate in all cases of non-conformities to quality (STOP-AT-DEFECT)Support product auditsTactile measurements with CMMOptical measurements with Microtomes optical deviceSet up and analyze reports and storage and preservation of themSupport sampling processSupport first part inspection in serial productionImprove measurement processesSupport customer initial sampling processResponsible to maintain 6s in all quality areas all timeReasonable to ensure set up in the production process keep the quality in the productResponsible to perform Drop, Burst, and all testing agreed with customer to ensure mechanical strength of the product.Responsible to support Quality supervisor in the needs of the Laboratory
What you'll need to succeed:Technical apprenticeship with advanced training preferredMinimum of 2 years work experience in plastic and automotive supplier industry is requiredKnowledge in measurement devices, CMM, Microtome machine, Microscopes. GD&T and RPS alignment and drawing is a plusBasic knowledge in CAD is a plusKnowledge in customer specific quality requirements is a plusKnowledge of product and measuring test equipment and techniquesKnowledge of plastics manufacturing processesAble to perform a Measurement System Analysis (MSA)Green Belt certification is a plusEnglish language skills requireMicrosoft office skills required (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
