Job Title:

Quality Technician, 1st shift, 6 am to 2:30 pm, Mon-Fri

The Role:

Our Bedford, MA site is seeking a Quality Inspector to join the team. In this role, you will ensure that incoming, in process, and finished products meet the highest quality standards and customer specifications. Key responsibilities include performing detailed inspections using a variety of measurement techniques,maintainingaccuratequality records, generatingeCOAs, and supporting quality process audits.

WhatYou’llDo:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming raw materials and componentsin accordance withestablished procedures.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and purchase order requirements.

• Document inspection results accurately andmaintainrecords within quality systems and SAP.

• Initiate and process NonconformingMaterial Reports (NCMRs) asrequired

• Verify Certificates of Conformance, test reports, and all supporting supplier documentation.

• Provide support for First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) in collaboration with Engineers.

• Work closely with Purchasing, Supplier Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve supplier relatedissues.

• Create and close Quality Notifications for raw material conformance issues effectively.

• Update pass downnotes to ensure continuity of work and successful completion of tasks.

• Demonstrate and promote Entegris PACE values in all daily activities.

• Activelyparticipatein shift pass downsto communicate safety, quality, and production priorities.

What We Seek

• High school diploma or equivalent.3-5-yearsofmanufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to read,understandand followdocumented processes and procedures

• Good attention to detail; ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry.

• Must be able to lift 40lbs andbe able to walk and stand during the entire shift

• Ability to use measuring devices and hand tools

• Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools, repetitively twist, bend and reach upward and handle all materialsrequiredin manufacturing, etc.

• Ability to read andcomprehendsimple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

• Ability to work indifferentenvironments

Outstanding Candidates Will Have

• Self-startercapableof dealing with a variety of tasks in afast paced, multi-tasking environment.

• Must be proficient in English language to be able to read documentation, communicate, and write.

• Idealcandidate will havekeeneye for quality, is dependable, and will work collaboratively within a team, andpossessa positive attitude.

• Previousexperience working in a manufacturing environment, especially in sandblasting and coatings

• Problem Solving – Recognizes problems and understands root cause analysis techniques/concepts.

• Pay range is $24/hr-$26 per hour depending upon experience.
