Job Description

Ncite Partners is currently partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in the Oklahoma City area that is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join their team on a temporary contract basis for a minimum of 3 months.

The Role

The Quality Control Technician will perform inspections, testing, and analysis to ensure incoming materials and finished products meet company and customer specifications. This individual will help support quality initiatives, investigate product issues, maintain quality documentation, and assist with continuous improvement efforts throughout the facility.

  • Perform inspections, testing, and dimensional checks on production materials and finished goods
  • Maintain quality logs, databases, spreadsheets, and reporting documentation
  • Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods and assist with capability studies
  • Inspect and release incoming raw materials and customer sample orders
  • Support investigations related to non-conformance and customer complaints
  • Participate in internal audits and quality system reviews
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of quality control or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience with inspections, measurements, testing, or data analysis
  • Familiarity with SPC and quality systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and data entry
