• Perform quality and testing systems to meet customer needs; Customer Requirements,
ASTM requirements, Internal goals, ISO 9001:2008
• Assist Quality Engineers to meet Customer requirements and expectations
• Support the Quality Manager and Quality Engineers with managing and facilitating the ISO
certification process, e.g., ISO9001-2008
• Maintain our certifications and any other standards or customer requirements. Maintain
current industry specifications
• Report analysis of quality data and issues as well as analysis of production data, and
improve QMS
• Assist the Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement processes, internal or external.
e.g., Fishbone, 8D, 5Y, NMR, CAR, etc.
• Assist extrusion dimensional capabilities
• Facilitate best practices by following procedures or auditing existing practices
• Provide problem solving techniques, engage in root cause analysis, corrective actions and
verification and train others
• Participate with lab team members and foster a spirit of continuous improvement
• Other duties as assigned
