Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and improve departmental workflows, equipment, and training to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement and oversee quality control systems throughout the production process, ensuring products meet all standards.
• Identify, address, and coordinate solutions for quality issues arising during production.
• Manage calibration plans for departmental instruments and conduct product performance testing to guarantee quality.
• Monitor service call rates and incoming rejects to identify and address quality problems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronic engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in QC or QA.
• At least 3 years' experience as a manager.
• Strong command of English.
• Ability to work under pressure and with significant responsibility.
