The Quality Systems Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in ensuring food safety, regulatory compliance, and product quality within their Opelika manufacturing facility. You will oversee daily QA operations, lead a team of QA Technicians, and serve as a key partner to production, sanitation, and regulatory teams.

This role is ideal for someone with strong HACCP ownership, USDA/FSIS experience, and hands‑on leadership in a protein or ground beef environment.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of HACCP & Food Safety Systems Leadership -
• At least 2+ years of Pathogen Control Expertise (Critical for Ground Beef)
• At least 2+ years of USDA / FSIS & Regulatory Mastery (Non‑Negotiable)
• At least 2+ years of Environmental Monitoring & Sanitation Oversight
• At least 2+ of Manufacturing Floor Authority / People Leadership in a Blue‑Collar Environment / Documentation, Traceability & Crisis Readiness
