Moog’s team in the Military Aircraft Group is searching for an Quality Systems Process Manager to join them. Reporting to the Site Quality Manager, Quality Systems Process Manager is responsible for ensuring the performance and effective execution of quality processes within the East Aurora Site.
The Quality Systems Process Manager ensures quality solutions and initiatives are fully integrated and aligned with the Site’s business objectives, priorities, strategies, and mission.
This role offers a first shift, on-site schedule at our East Aurora, NY location.
To be considered for the Quality Systems Process Manager role, here’s what you’ll typically need to bring with you:
Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Business discipline, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Demonstration of strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable decisions
Ability to facilitate teams to execute improvement plans in alignment with the organization’s objectives
Ability to connect core processes with the appropriate systems, tools, and metrics to ensure compliance and effectiveness
Demonstrates the ability to lead through influence, building alignment and driving results without formal authority
Demonstrates strong knowledge of business systems and processes, with the ability to understand workflows and support efficient, compliant operations
Experience with problem solving and Root Cause/Corrective Action tools such as: 8D, A3, 5-why, Fishbone, Fault Tree, etc.
Strong working knowledge and experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 quality standard requirements preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requires access to US Export Controlled information.
As a Quality Systems Process Manager, you will
Coordinate within the site to ensure effective implementation of adherence to, and governance over quality procedures
Facilitate continuous improvement and sharing of lessons learned and/or best practices
Monitor and report on performance of Quality KPIs, coordinate with site leadership on development of improvement plans
Administer and manage site level governance boards
Mentor and train other quality professionals on quality processes and tools

Salary Range Transparency:
Buffalo, NY $90,000.00–$120,000.00 Annually
