Incoming Quality Control Technical Advisor

Incoming Quality Control

Execute the site quality strategy as developed by the sites’ business quality strategies and site leadership, through the Site Quality System Leader. Promote a customer focused quality culture. Provide support functions for Raw Material Quality Supply Management team and Raw Material team. This includes data mining and acting as a resource for technical support in the Raw Material work process.

Key Responsibilities

< Incoming Quality Check>

Upload Raw Material CoA into Engineering Database Incoming Quality Check

• Execute Incoming Quality Inspection including First In First Out check
• Troubleshooting for Raw material and intermediate product issues. To be a coordinator and solve problems between supplier and internal stakeholder.

Pre-alarm notification for Raw material Coordination raw material scrap during bonded plant MRB for concern material and batch(es) Raw Material Retain sample management Continuous improvement of the raw material inspection process and cross-departmental communication.

Key Experiences:

• Experience working effectively with diverse, cross‑functional teams
• Solid working knowledge of manufacturing operations
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
• Demonstrates sound judgment and strong analytical skills
• Experience in quality control management for materials and customer shipments
• Ability to drive tasks through to completion and closure
• Shows determination and resilience when facing obstacles or setbacks
• Manages time efficiently and minimizes distractions to ensure timely task completion
• Familiar with Power Query and Power BI for basic data processing and analysis

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant Quality Control or manufacturing experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both local language and English language.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and JMP skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.
• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
