Quality System Manager

The core mission will be to:

• Design and maintain a comprehensive Quality Document Management System that consolidates regulations into company products in a harmonized approach through policies, computerized systems, and quality indicators
• Coordinate the creation of policies and Corporate SOPs in line with international standards applicable to company products according to customers' requirement
• Implement and maintain a Computerized System for Quality Management and Documentation Management

Further duties & responsibilities include:

• Establish the corporate Quality Documentation Management System (QDMS) and ensure its continuous updating
• Ensure the maintenance and deployment of the training matrices of the corporate Quality Documents
• Define improvements to the computerized systems required for QDS activities and ensure their deployment
• Develop and analyze QDMS indicators
• Ensure that the strategy for the management of archives and records is defined and implemented
• Ensure the implementation and monitoring of quality management processes
• Facilitate working groups according to identified needs relative to QDMS and follow up on planned actions
• Draft or contribute to the writing of policies and corporates SOPs: procedures, instructions, forms
• Contribute to the interpretation of regulatory requirements in order to anticipate changes in the corporate Quality Documents

Requested Education & Experience:

• Diploma, Degree, Master of Sciences or equivalent
• 10 years experience in automotive, pharma, medical device, consumer or related industries
• Experience in Quality Assurance, process improvement, or related functions
• eDocument Management, Training, CAPAs, Audit systems and tools

Other Qualities:

• High ethical standards, and being a role model of business compliance and integrity are required
• Strong analytical, project management skills
• Strong communication skills; Expert level oral and written English; Oral & written Chinese is a plus
• Other spoken languages are an asset in building connections with the Strategy and FOX Team/functions/regions/countries
• Ability to work independently and to take responsibility for own projects/tasks
