Job Description

• Establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s quality management systems, including ISO and API standards.
• Support quality activities and compliance requirements for the Product Line Cementation business.
• Translate, review, and proofread quality management system documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and communicate with external stakeholders regarding quality matters, including the global quality team, customers, and regulatory bodies.
• Assist in the investigation, reporting, and handling of quality incidents and accidents, including monitoring the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Track, monitor, and manage customer feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote quality awareness and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience or knowledge of ISO and API quality management systems is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in the oil & gas or manufacturing industry is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of corrective and preventive action processes (CAPA) and quality auditing principles is an advantage.
