In this position, you will act as a central partner for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring audit readiness and driving excellence across QMS processes.

Management of customer and internal audits
- Manage customer, third-party, and internal audits, from planning to execution.
- Manage and coordinate CAPA following audits.
- Define and support the implementation of global concepts for managing customer, third-party, and internal audits.
- Be the point of contact for audit activities.
- Conduct internal audits.
Management of Change Control
Management of the CAPA process and other QMS processes.
Update documentation related to the QMS process.
Support the various teams as an expert in QMS activities.
Be proactive in terms of continuous improvement of the QMS.
What will Convince Us
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education with a specialization in quality within an industrial environment
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar function
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to interpret and translate them into quality system applications
Knowledge of quality systems and product/process lifecycle management in a manufacturing environment
High proficiency in standard computer applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations in both internal and external contexts
Ability to quickly assess task requirements, identify challenges, and communicate effectively to secure successful execution
Well‑developed organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes and priorities simultaneously
Solid problem‑solving capabilities and familiarity with structured problem‑solving methods
Knowledge of standards and procedures such as ISO 9001
Ability to collaborate with and guide multidisciplinary teams
Proactive mindset, strong initiative, and the ability to generate improvement ideas
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English
