Our award-winning client is seeking a Quality Supply Chain Manager to join their team.We're seeking a Quality Supply Chain Manager to join our team and lead the way in maintaining our globally recognized quality standards. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring quality is embedded throughout our entire supply chain, from product conception to final delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Quality and Engineering systems that meet cGMP regulations and hygienic best practices.

• Identify and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor system effectiveness.

• Manage the creation, publication, and maintenance of quality procedures, processes, and programs.

• Champion continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Belt or Black Belt preferred).

• Effectively communicate quality requirements and best practices across all levels of the organization.

• Ensure "Quality by Design" principles are integrated throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization.

• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of internal quality programs like SSOPs.

• Develop and implement systems to manage building facilities and equipment throughout their lifecycle, including new technology adoption, equipment validation, and obsolescence management.

• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure quality is factored into product and process design.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in a cGMP environment.

• Experience with aseptic product manufacturing and thermal processing.

• Proven experience designing and implementing sustainable quality programs.

• Enthusiasm for project work and a desire to make a significant impact through best-in-class quality systems.

• Ability to identify and eliminate process waste, leading others towards continuous improvement.

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma tools preferred.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to connect with all levels of the organization.

Driving Quality in Execution:

• Enhance the accessibility and utilization of the Quality Monitoring Scheme (QMS).

• Serve as the primary contact for customer-facing HCQM activities, ensuring customer needs are translated into the quality system and effectively communicated internally.

• Prepare for and represent the organization during customer audits.

• Develop and manage KPIs for the QA department, including shelf-life monitoring and extensions for raw materials and finished products.

• Manage document control, pest control, management of change processes, and KPI reporting.
