Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Supervisor to join our team at RayaCX in 6th of October City, Egypt. As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of all customer interactions and processes within our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for all BPO operations
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance and maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends
- Train new team members on quality standards and processes
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve quality standards
- Communicate with clients to understand their quality expectations and address any concerns or issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a BPO environment
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and provide feedback to team members and clients
- Experience with quality management systems and tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
