Mill Creek Machining, a location of Delva Tool & Machine, is looking for a Quality Supervisor to support day-to-day inspection and quality operations while helping drive a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise Quality Inspectors and Technicians while managing daily priorities and workload.
  • Oversee in-process and final inspection activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Review and disposition nonconforming material and coordinate corrective action activities.
  • Conduct internal audits and shop-floor quality surveillance.
  • Support AS9102 first article inspections, customer source inspections, and quality documentation requirements.
  • Maintain quality records, NCR logs, and inspection documentation within the QMS.
  • Train and develop quality personnel while promoting best practices.
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, and Operations to resolve quality concerns and drive improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of quality experience within manufacturing.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
  • Working knowledge of AS9100 quality systems.
  • Experience with NCRs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across departments and lead by example.

This salary range for this position falls between $70,000-$100,000/year depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes, but is not limited to, a competitive pay rate, accrued vacation time, sick time, paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, health, dental, and vision insurance as well as Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and life/AD&D insurance.
